Karen
Devine brings 25 years of combined buyer and supplier
experience to the meeting and incentive marketplace. After 10 years working for incentive companies such as Carlson
Marketing Group and S&H Motivation, Karen began her supplier
career in the Worldwide Sales Office in Chicago for Four
Seasons/Regent Hotels & Resorts. After representing Allied
Europe as Director of Marketing for the US, she joined
Rosewood Hotels and Resorts where she became the Regional
Director of Sales in Chicago representing the entire
collection of luxury hotels and resorts. Joining Radisson
Seven Seas in 2000, Karen became the Director of Charter &
Incentive.
Sales representing this luxury cruise line to the
incentive market nationwide.
Karen’s
combined experience will enable her to offer her expertise in
all facets of the travel industry, with cruise lines, hotels
and DMCs to assist clients in finding the right fit for any
client’s meeting and incentive travel requirements.

KATINA ATHANASIOU

Sales
Katina Athanasiou brings
12 years of combined planning,
operations and incentive sales experience to 3D
Destinations. Following three years of meeting and event
planning on the corporate side, Katina joined Radisson Seven
Seas Cruises in 1999. She represented the luxury line as
Senior Sales Manager for the Charter & Incentive department
selling worldwide programs for the industry leader. Working
with corporate end users and incentive houses nationwide,
Katina’s combined experience and cruise background enables
her to assist clients in finding the right fit for their
meeting and incentive travel needs.
Grant Fleming
Director of
Sales
Grant
Fleming brings over 14 years of hospitality industry
experience to 3D Destinations, having worked in a diverse
range of disciplines. His experience includes several years
in the worldwide sales office of Four Seasons Hotels and
Resorts where he traveled extensively with this luxury hotel
collection and exceeded all incentive sales goals during his
tenure there. Grant’s experience also includes managing
advertising and incentive sales programs for a well known
Caribbean DMC, successful sales with Renaissance Hotels in
St. Thomas, and developing as a partner, Island Meetings &
Incentives in the Virgin Islands, into the market leader in
this region.
Grant has also represented a sourcing company specializing
in exceptional customer service for hotel contracts and
negotiations. This position provided him the opportunity to
learn the sourcing business and together with his hotel and DMC experience, as well as exceptional reputation with
customers, make him a valuable asset to 3D. Grant’s diverse
background will enable him to work with his customers in all
facets of 3D’s business, as a knowledgeable and valuable
asset to support their efforts.

LISA HINCHMAN

Lisa Hinchman brings 15 years of luxury hotel and cruise line
experience to 3D Destinations. Beginning with Rosewood Hotels
& Resorts in 1994, she represented the entire luxury
collection worldwide. Following Rosewood, Lisa joined
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in a regional position representing their
entire collection of 19 hotels and resorts. Joining Radisson Seven Seas
Cruises in 2002, Lisa became Senior Sales Manager of Charter & Incentive Sales to the
corporate and incentive market for this luxury cruise line. Lisa’s extensive background enables her to assist clients with
all facets of the travel industry.
dORoTHEA Stratoudakis

Dorothea
Stratoudakis
began her career in the Cruise
Industry in 1991. She was one of the first employees with
Diamond Cruise and assisted with the launch of the ssc
Radisson Diamond into the incentive market. Dorothea
remained with the company as it grew from a one-ship cruise
line through it’s merger, new-builds and company
transformations … ultimately surfacing as a leader in the
luxury cruise market now known as Radisson Seven Seas
Cruises.
Her entire 16-year cruise career was spent managing the
intricacies of RSSC’s dedicated Charter and Incentive Sales
department. Dorothea has successfully developed and
maintained relationships with clients by ensuring that
inquiries on all levels are responded to in a dedicated,
professional and timely manner. From achieving revenue and
customer satisfaction goals by assisting in the sale of
major accounts to managing all phases of the post sales
activity, Dorothea has worked with clients worldwide to
finalize their program specifications.
Most recently, she led a growing team of operations
supervisors whose vision and direction on customer focus was
outstanding and recognized as an industry leader in cruise
operations. She is well known and respected for her success
in ensuring consistency and high levels of service, and will
be instrumental in helping take 3D Destinations to the next
level of celebrated successes!

Jenkins is a skilled professional with over 15 years of
customer service experience and a proven ability to
consistently perform beyond the customer’s expectations. Caryn’s strength to plan and prioritize efficiently combined
with the ability to anticipate the customer’s needs has allowed her to provide outstanding customer service to 3D
Destinations’ clientele.
