Manihi Pearl Beach Resort and Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort become part of Select Hotels & Resorts International

We are pleased to announce that Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort and Manihi Pearl Beach Resort, the portfolio’s two luxury resorts in the Tuamotu Atoll, have been welcomed into the prestigious association of Select Hotels & Resorts International.

Founded by Richard Rosebery, one of Small Luxury Hotels’ original founders, Select Hotels & Resorts International represents a network of independent hotels, resorts and retreats throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the South Pacific.  The group’s focus on Pacific Rim destinations is attributed to the increase of travelers to the region, making it one of the fastest-growing travel destinations in the world.  Considering French Polynesia’s rank and popularity among South Pacific, in particular the “hidden treasure” of the Tuamotu Atolls, Select Hotels’ association with Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort and Manihi Pearl Beach Resort is a strategic one for all involved.

Select Hotels’ 52 member properties range in size from two suites to more than 200 rooms and suites, representing a diverse selection of “top drawer” quality and service.  Participating city hotels are synonymous with sophistication and style, while its more secluded resorts range from mountain retreats to tropical islands. Select Hotels & Resorts chooses its members carefully, on behalf of its market of discerning, upper-income travelers.
